Frequently Asked Catering Questions

How do you charge for catering?
Our pricing is all inclusive, based on the minimum charge or per person rate whichever is higher. We will need you to provide an estimated headcount. Sales tax is added to total value. Gratuity is not included but much appreciated by your crepe chef if you are pleased with the service.  See Contact Us page for catering quote request.

How do I reserve my event date?
50% deposit of total booked price is required to hold the date. We email a invoice for deposit which can be paid via credit card or check.  EMAIL US;  Name, Phone, Address, Event Date, Event Location, Timeframe, Set up, Headcount

Can I sample your crepes before my event?
The best place to try our crepes is at our local farmers market locations on the weekend.

What do I need to provide for the event?
We provide everything as it pertains to the set up and service including; linens, table, (white) napkins, disposable forks and plates. The crepe station set up requires use of a dedicated electrical outlet to support 1800watts. We bring extension cords to accommodate this. If you would like more formal plate-ware you can provide this for use.

Do you offer vegan or gluten free options?
The crepe batter consists of eggs, flour and milk so we do not offer a vegan crepe. Gluten free batter is available for catered events only upon request, for an additional charge. We urge guests to disclose any food allergies in advance.
